These terms and conditions (“Terms”) frames the rules and principles for using services offered through the website and the DoSpeedo mobile app (collectively, referred as “Platform”, and together with the services made available on or through DoSpeedo Platform). These Terms also include our privacy policy, available at www.dospeedo.com/terms-and-conditions & www.dospeedo.com/privacy-policy (“Privacy Policy”), guidelines, additional terms, policies, and disclaimers issued by us from time to time (“Supplemental Terms”). The Privacy Policy and the Supplemental Terms are vital part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Supplemental Terms with respect to applicable Services, the Supplemental Terms will prevail.
The Terms constitute a binding and enforceable legal contract between DoSpeedo Solutions Private Limited (a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered address at Second Floor, Plot No. 23, Pocket C-9, Sector - 7, Rohini, Delhi - 110085, and its affiliates (“we”, “us”, or “our”), and you, a user of the Services, or any legal entity that books services (defined below) on behalf of end-users (“you” or “Customer”). By using the Services, you acknowledge and confirm that you have the legal capacity and authority to agree to and abide by these Terms. If you represent any other person, you confirm and represent that you have the necessary power and authority to bind such person to these Terms.
By reading the terms and conditions listed here, you agree that you have read, understood, and will abide by these Terms, as amended from time to time. These Terms expressly supersede any prior written agreements with you. If you do not agree to these Terms, or comply with the requirements listed here, please refrain from using the Services.
a) The Services include the provision of the Platform that enables you to arrange and schedule different cleaning services with Cleaning Professionals. As a part of the Services, DoSpeedo facilitates the transfer of payments to Cleaning Professionals for the services they render to you and collects payments on behalf of such Professionals.
b) Services also offers benefits and information related to cleaning professionals subject to availability and feasibility. This includes but is not limited to:
c) The term "Cleaning professional services" refers to the services provided by cleaning professionals. It is important to note that "Services" specifically refer to the services provided by DoSpeedo and not the cleaning professionals. DoSpeedo solely offers the Services and is not responsible for providing the cleaning professional services. Cleaning professionals are exclusively responsible for the provision of Cleaning professional services. DoSpeedo is not liable for cleaning professional services, their performance, quality or any damage caused by them. You accept full responsibility for any consequences that may arise from use of cleaning professional services. The terms of the Cleaning professional services are subject to an agreement between you and the cleaning professional.
d) The Platform can be utilized by you only for personal and non-commercial use, unless otherwise agreed upon on in accordance with the terms of a separate agreement. Please note that the Platform is intended for use only within India.
e) A key part of the Services is Dospeedo’s ability to send you information through text messages, electronic mails, or WhatsApp messages, connection with your bookings, your utilization of the Services, or as a part of its promotional and marketing strategies. When we send you marketing and promotional content, we provide you with the ability to opt-out of such communications by using the opt-out instructions provided in such channels. You agree and acknowledge that this may impact Dospeedo’s ability to provide the Services (or a part of the Services) to you.
f) In explicit circumstances, we may request you to furnish identification proof to avail the Services or the Cleaning professional Services, and you hereby agree to do so. A failure to comply with this request may result in your inability to use the Services or Cleaning professional Services.
a) To avail the Services, you will be required to create an account on the Platform (“Account”). For this Account, you may be required to furnish certain details, including but not limited to your phone number, e-mail address, name, complete address, payment details. To create an Account, you must be at least 18 years of age.
b) You acknowledge that all information furnished in connection with your Account is and shall remain accurate and true. You agree to promptly update your details on the Platform in the event of any change to or modification of this information.
c) You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account and agree to immediately notify us of any disclosure or unauthorised use of your Account or any other breach of security with respect to your Account. We will not be responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.
d) You are liable and accountable for all activities that take place through your Account, including activities performed by persons other than you. We shall not be liable for any unauthorised access to your Account.
Our Platform may contain certain interactive features or services that allow users who have created an account with us to post, upload, publish, display, transmit, or submit comments, reviews, suggestions, feedback, or other content on or through the Platform (“User Content”).
As part of the effective provision of the Services and quality control purposes, we may request reviews from you about cleaning service Professionals and you agree that cleaning service Professionals may provide reviews about you to us. You must not knowingly provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information in respect of the reviews. Reviews will help us to determine whether customers and cleaning service Professionals are appropriate users of the Platform. You agree and acknowledge that your account will be terminated from our platform by us if at our sole discretion, we determine that that you are not an appropriate user.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, and royalty-free licence to use, publish, display, store, host, transfer, process, communicate, distribute, make available, modify, adapt, translate, and create derivative works of, the User Content, for the functioning of, and in connection with, the Services. This allows us to advertise and promote the Services, or furnish evidence before a court or authority of competent jurisdiction under applicable laws.
In connection with these Terms and the licences granted under this section, you hereby waive any claims arising out of any moral rights or other similar rights relating to the User Content.
You agree and acknowledge that Dospeedo may, without notice to you, remove, or otherwise restrict access to User Content that, in its sole discretion, violates these Terms.
You agree that we may, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, collect and use your personal data. The Privacy Policy is available at www.dospeedo.com/privacy-policy. The privacy policy explains the categories of personal data that we collect and the manner in which we process such data.
In addition to any consent provided in the Privacy Policy, you hereby agree to us sharing your information with our affiliates or other third-party service providers. We may use information and data for provision of the Services, analytics, trend analysis, marketing and provision of beneficial schemes, new offers, and for experience enhancement.
We may be directed by law enforcement agencies or the government and related bodies to disclose data in relation to you in connection with criminal or civil proceedings subject to applicable laws. You understand and agree that in such instances we shall have the right to share such data with relevant agencies or bodies.
ORDERS: The user can book various services on our application or website as per their convenience and requirements. To make a booking follow the necessary instructions reflecting on the platform and make the applicable payment. The booking address should be clearly stated on the platform while booking the service. Upon booking the desired cleaning professional will be assigned. There is no extra booking fee charged. In order to book additional service, follow the similar process, instructions and payment procedure as indicated on the platform. Upon confirmation of booking by Dospeedo, cleaning professional will provide the service.
MEMBERSHIP: Dospeedo from time to time will offer membership packages for our users become Dospeedo family members. The packages shall provide our family members with additional benefits like Express Service, 15% additional discount on all orders. Please be advised that the memberhip packages will be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Express Service: Cleaning professional will arrive at order location within 45 mins after confirmation of your order.
CONFIRMATION: Once the order is placed and payment is processed by the user, the customer will be notified via SMS, e-mail or push notification. The customer will also receive a confirmation call on the provided contact number to confirm the order and requisite details. Once the order is confirmed on call, the cleaning professional will be assigned and dispatched.
CANCELLATION: Bookings that are cancelled before confirmation call will not be charged. However, bookings that will be cancelled after the confirmation call will be charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be 30% of the order value and the refund will be initiated after deducting the cancellation fee amount.
In case the booking location/address is not clearly specified by the user, Dospeedo reserves the right to charge cancellation fee.
To avail additional benefits by referring a friend, the below conditions must be fulfilled:
*Dospeedo reserves the right to update the referral and feedback policy from time to time as required.
To avail additional benefits by providing feedback, the user should provide feedback/reviews after completion of service. Once the feedback is provided to Dospeedo, you will be eligible for 5% discount on your next order.

Dospeedo reserves the right to charge you for the different Services offered via the Platform, which may be subject to change over time.
Cleaning Professional Compensation and Membership Charges:
Cleaning professional Compensation refers to amount paid to the cleaning professional. Dospeedo does not charge any “Booking Fees” at the time of placing order. Membership is provided to the users by charging a fee which will be communicated to you from time to time. While booking the service or additional services, prices indicated on the platform will be inclusive of all the charges. Taxes are applicable to Membership Fees and the price reflected on the platform for the services or additional services ordered. Payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, or UPI. Modes of payment are subject to modification by Dospeedo. Cleaning professional Compensation will be paid by Dospeedo to the cleaning professional. The users need to pay Dospeedo directly on our platform through various acceptable payment methods.
Dospeedo may act as a limited collection agent for cleaning professionals, facilitating the collection and transfer of amounts due to them.
Dospeedo may reasonably modify cleaning professional’s compensation, prices for services and Membership Fees at its discretion. Changes will not impact confirmed bookings before the revised fees are published. You acknowledge and agree that Charges and Fees applicable in certain geographical areas may increase substantially during times of high demand. Dospeedo will use reasonable efforts to inform you of the Charges and Fees that may apply.
Payment of services and Membership Fees is final and non-refundable, except as determined by Dospeedo or required by applicable laws. Under certain laws, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedies for a failure in the provision of the Services.
Payment Processors: Third-party payment processors may be used for billing through your selected payment method. Payments are subject to Payment Processor terms in addition to these Terms.
Dospeedo is not liable for Payment Processor errors, and unsuccessful payments will be credited per the Payment Processor's terms.
No portion of your payment is designated as a tip or gratuity to the cleaning professional. Additional gratuities to cleaning professional are voluntary, and Dospeedo is not responsible for gratuities paid to Helpers.
Cancellation: You may cancel your request for services. Please note that bookings that are cancelled before confirmation call will not be charged. However, bookings that will be cancelled after the confirmation call will be charged a cancellation fee in accordance with Dospeedo’s cancellation policy.
Membership: Dospeedo from time to time will offer Membership packages for our users become Dospeedo family members. Membership Fees is final and non-refundable, except as determined by Dospeedo or required by applicable laws. The packages shall provide our family members with additional benefits like “Express Service”, 15% additional discount on all orders. Please be advised that the membership packages will be subject to additional terms and conditions. Express Service means that the cleaning professional will arrive at order location within 45 mins after confirmation of your order.
The Platform may include services, content, documents, and information owned by, licensed to, or otherwise made available by, a third party (“Third Party Services”) and contain links to Third Party Services. You understand and acknowledge that Third Party Services are the sole responsibility of the third party that created or provided it and that use of such Third Party Services is solely at your own risk.
We make no representations and exclude all warranties and liabilities arising out of or pertaining to such Third Party Services, including their accuracy or completeness. Should you avail a Third Party Service, you shall be governed and bound by the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the third parties providing the Third Party Services. Further, all intellectual property rights in and to Third Party Services are the property of the respective third parties.
These Terms shall remain effective unless terminated in accordance with the terms listed below: We may restrict, deactivate, or terminate your access to the Services or any portion thereof
You may terminate these Terms, at any time, for any reason by sending a notice to Dospeedo at feedback@dospeedo.com.
Upon termination the Account will expire and access to services is restricted. These Terms shall terminate, except for those clauses that are expressly, or by implication, intended to survive termination or expiry.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, demands, losses, lawsuits, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or cleaning professional services, violation of these Terms, or any breach by third parties using your account.
These Terms are governed by and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.
Any conflicts, disputes, or differences arising out of these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration in New Delhi in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all the parties thereto. Each party to the arbitration shall bear its own costs with respect to any dispute.
