Refund Policy

At DoSpeedo, we strive to provide the highest quality cleaning services and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, we will make every effort to address your concerns. Please read our refund policy carefully:

Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to deliver impeccable cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service provided, please contact our grievance team if you have any questions or complaints related to our services or terms. DoSpeedo will aim to redress/deal with the grievance/complaint in a timely manner.

Eligibility for Refund

  • If you remain dissatisfied with the service, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the situation as determined by DoSpeedo.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Services that were completed to the client's satisfaction.
  • Payment of services and Subscription Fees is final and non-refundable, except as determined by DoSpeedo or required by applicable laws.
  • Cleaning professionals must be treated with courtesy and respect, and a clean, safe and appropriate environment must be provided for them. Cleaning professionals have the right to refuse provision of service and notify DoSpeedo if disrespectful, abusive or inappropriate environment is provided and no refund shall be provided in such cases.
  • Appointments cancelled after confirmation call (Refer cancellation policy for details).
  • Situations where access to the property was not provided, resulting in an incomplete cleaning service (Refer cancellation policy for details).

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us. Bookings that are cancelled before confirmation call will not be charged. However, bookings that will be cancelled after the confirmation call will be charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be 30% of the order value and the refund will be initiated after deducting the cancellation fee amount.

Payment Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your invoice. We will work to resolve any billing discrepancies promptly.
